Which address should I supply?
Upon check out you are presented with the option to supply your own address AND a separate shipping address if the destination varies to that of your own.  For the destination address we recommend using a PO Box if you have one, as Australia Post record the receipt of parcels and it generally gets to you quicker.  If you don't have a PO Box number don't worry, street addresses work just fine too :)

The cost of deliveries is additional to the price of products listed on this site. See "postage costs" below.

How are items shipped?
Orders are shipped using Australia Post. Your shipping cost is clearly outlined at the point where your order is processed, and is also confirmed via an email confirmation.

Target delivery times
Items will be posted within two working days from date of purchase. We would expect that your order will take no more than 14 days to reach you. Should you require your items quicker than this please do not hesitate to call or email us with your order number and we will arrange Express Post at an extra charge.

Can I ship to a different address than my own?
Absolutely! Simply enter the desired "ship to" address on the order form when placing your online order.

What is your policy on damaged or missing items?
We take special care in our packaging to prevent items from being damage in shipment. We also take great care to ensure we have provided you with the correct items ordered. In the rare occasion a problem does occur, please contact us immediately by email at info@kindermusik.com.au  or phone 1300 721 722 or 07 5445 1444 so we may remedy the situation. If you choose to email us, please include your order number along with any other details that would help us track your order more efficiently. We will make every effort to respond to you within 48 business hours.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of all our products. You may return any item in its original condition, for any reason, within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will gladly replace the item, or issue you a full refund (minus freight costs) - it's your choice!
