How do I keep track of my items while shopping?
Just click on the "View Cart" tab at the top of each store page, and you'll see the items you've added to your cart. You can easily add or remove items from your cart here too!
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes! All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. According to CNN, "The prevalent opinion...is that online credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional 'low-tech' transactions. We order products online all the time, both as a company and as individuals. When we use a credit card to buy something online, we feel at least as safe as we would using one in a store or restaurant." Shopping at our store is safe and secure. How can I place an order?
There are several ways you can place an order with us:

- To place an order by telephone, please call 1300 721 722 or 07 5445 1444, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time.
- To place an order by fax, please send your order (name, address, daytime telephone number and items requested) to +61 (0)7 5445 6094. Include your email address so we may confirm your order, usually within 48 business hours.
How and when are order confirmations sent?
When you place an order on this site, you will receive a screen confirmation that your order has been successfully processed and an email to the email address provided thanking you for placing an order and confirming details of the order. Please note that occasionally spam filters can prevent these from reaching you. To avoid this situation, please include us on your list of verified sites. If you fax your order to us, please provide your email address so we can email you a confirmation.
What are my payment options?
We accept VISA and MasterCard. You may also use the PayPal option.
Does Kindermusik Distribution charge sales tax?
GST is included in the total price.
Can I place an order from the Kindermusik Store if I live outside Australia.
Yes, but the shipping address must be within Australia.

Can I change or cancel my order once it is submitted?
Our goal is to provide the highest level of service to our customers, and we ship orders as quickly as possible. This makes it extremely difficult to cancel or make changes to orders. There is a good possibility that by the time you call with a change or cancellation, your package could already be on its way to you!
