Sign and sing to communicate with your baby! Using sign language, your baby can communicate way before her vocal chords are fully developed. And studies show that using sign language strengthens the bond between you and your child, speeds and enhances language development, and eases frustration. Through songs, toys, and loving playtime between you and your child, Kindermusik Sign & Sing shows you more than 50 signs your child can use to communicate with you. >>Click here to read the full article
Learning to share Sharing is one of the hardest lessons your child learns, and as a parent, one of the best ways to teach sharing is to remember how hard it is to do. >>Click here to read the full article.
The family that laughs together... A simple smile from you can improve your child's self image and brain development. When your child sees you smile, it makes her feel good and also helps her brain to grow. Smiling and laughter will strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure, and reduce stress levels. And a healthy sense of humour can help a child handle problems as they grow into adults, as well as enhance the social skills they need to make friends. KINDERMUSIK - PRODUCT OF THE MONTH

When Joanne Davies moved from Mackay to Brisbane in 2000, she never contemplated she would find the job of her dreams. Today Joanne owns and runs East Coast Music which offers the popular Kindermusik program for children aged 0-7 years. "I am privileged to say that I am now doing my "Life's Best Work" - that is, as well as being both wife & Mum," she says.
"I never thought that Kindermusik would have the impact on my family that it's had. Attending the Kindermusik classes has developed so many skills in my children. Through their classes they have learnt to identify types of instruments, tone, rhythm, volume and timing. They also learn to listen, take turns, share instruments, play safely and experience successful interactions with their peers from a young age. I can clearly remember my families' first Kindermusik class. My daughter, Vianne was three months old and as a first time mother I was rather anxious about what we would do. Would my daughter stay awake for the entire time, would she cry like she often did at home, would I embarrass myself with my poor dancing technique? Click here to read the full article
