 Dance with your baby!
Next time you're out in the backyard, the park, or even an outdoor concert, dance with your baby. Do so and two amazing things happen. First, responding to music is one of the few activities other than laughter that engages a baby's entire mind and helps her express emotion, pay attention, and move. Add the unpredictable movement of dancing and you'll turn on another vital system, the vestibular system, which controls balance and coordination.

Bring the zoo to your house!
Before a toddler starts making memories, he'll have to concentrate first on standing up, falling down, and getting back up again. Once he's mastered his body, his mind kicks it up a notch and he'll begin to think, remember, be alert, and aware. That's when he starts making memories.

Make your own holiday story
You may have noticed your preschooler has become fascinated with books. This symbolic stage of learning enables your child to display this understanding through art, drawing, print, and storytelling.
A scribbling comes to represent an emotion. A letter represents his name. Curvy lines combined with circles and squares may represent a map.

Eunice Beyer - Bundaberg, Queensland
For long time Bundaberg resident, Eunice teaching Kindermusik is an experience like no other. A mother of three and a grandmother of two, Eunice's love of children and delight in their learning was the inspiration she needed to begin her Kindermusik journey. During her childhood growing up in Bundaberg, music was always part of her environment.
"I've been involved with music all my life in one way or another. I've always loved to sing, I sang in church, school choirs and family group performances," remembers Eunice.
"The privilege of teaching children the joys of music is the real magic of Kindermusik for Eunice. "To see the wonder and joy on their faces is immeasurable and to see the children grow week by week in their ability and knowledge is surreal. To be able to witness the benefits that Kindermusik is providing for them holds me in awe of the whole program and I feel honoured to be part of it," says Eunice. Read more >>
